Pam/Jessica, I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but allow me to make some clarifications to your situation. Your car was not towed, it was impounded due to whatever legal issues you ran into, and we were called to remove your vehicle from the road by local law enforcement. I reduced the charges as much as I could because of your situation and the Holiday. I only asked you to pay what we had to pay the driver for taking care of your vehicle in the extreme weather conditions we were experiencing at the time. I suggest you call around again and ask the other companies if you would have received the same grace and generosity.

I dispatch for a car carrier. One of the drivers needed a vehicle pulled from Fort Riley Automotive Skills Center because he didn't want to go through the check point at the base. Gross Towing Service did it without hesitation. Very reasonable price and excellent service. They're going beyond expectations. They received paperwork for the vehicle and they are going to send it to the buyer. FYI: I initially contacted Homestead Tow Service. I spoke with Charlie, very nice guy until he spoke with the driver (Guatemalan) that was going to receive the vehicle. Charlie called me and mumbled something about a Mexican driver and proceeded to say he wasn't going to do it. P.S. I highly recommend Gross Towing Service

From the guy who towed my car to the ladies in the office, I've received nothing but excellent service. Gross wrecker has gone above and beyond my expectations while I've fought the insurance game when my car was hit. I would highly recommend their services if needed.

I don’t not recommend this place. The price the charge for towing your car is ridiculous! The lady was going to make me pay $400. She dropped it down $200 only because she knew she could get away with it. When I got home I called around to different places everyone was way cheaper than Gross. Worst experience I have ever with a towing company.
